		<description>A warm thank you to the Minnesota Chamber for including us in this great event to recognize Minnesota business leaders and their efforts toward responsible public policy.  The legislative panel was frank and refreshing and the issues brief provided by the state chamber&#039;s public policy team reiterated the importance of a number of the issues that we face in Fargo, Moorhead, West Fargo, including a state based health care exchange and lifting the coal moratorium.</description>
