You may register the day of the election in Minnesota with a proper ID or if an already registered voter vouches for you. A registration form is included in the local Qwest Dex phone directory.
There is a twenty-day rule for the Secretary of State to stop accepting pre-registrations and to print the list of voters to send to the county auditors. All those wishing to register within twenty days of an election must do it at the polling site. For additional information, visit the Minnesota Secretary of the State.
North Dakota does not require pre-registration to vote. Visit the North Dakota Secretary of State to find your poll location.
