Finalists in each category will be announced at the ChamberChoice Reception on March 22 at Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., 730 Center Avenue, Moorhead.
Award Winners will be announced at the May 17 awards luncheon at the Holiday Inn of Fargo.
Application Procedure
Click on the category(s) you qualify for below and complete the application. Be sure to save this document on your computer. Once all required documents are obtained, email to tpowell@fmwfchamber.com; drop off or mail to The Chamber; Attn: ChamberChoice Awards; 202 First Avenue North, Moorhead, MN 56560.
Application Deadline is Friday, February 10 at 4 p.m.
Application Process FAQs
1. How can I strengthen my application?
The more information you provide the better! A strong application will draw a clear picture of proven growth, innovation, creativity, community leadership and achievements. Don’t be afraid to toot your own horn! Make sure your application clearly describes your business’ relationship with community, customers, and employees. Submitting additional material (no more than five documents) can strengthen your application and assist the judges in getting to know your business, but they are not required.
2. May I submit additional material to support my application?
Yes, you may submit additional materials to support your application such as copies of paid or earned media and brochures. To ensure they are reviewed with your application, email to tpowell@fmwfchamber.com or make sure five copies of any materials are postmarked before February 10. No plastic sleeves or spiral bound materials will be accepted.
3. How can I save my answers so that I can work on my application later?
We suggest saving the PDF writeable form on your hard drive so you can resave as needed.
