In Moorhead, homeowners who make improvements that add at least $25,000 of taxable value to the home can apply for the Make Moorhead Home Remodeling Rebate. Property Taxes attribute to the value increase are credited to the homeowner for the first two years after the project is complete. Learn more at www.cityofmoorhead.com.
