Member Partner Programs

Corporate Member Partner Program

The Corporate Member Partner Program gives you the opportunity to join your program logo to the Chamber of Commerce of Fargo Moorhead logo. The program will be promoted as a Chamber program and we will assist in your marketing efforts.

As a Corporate Member Partner, you will receive:

1. Mailing Labels—Key Contact featuring one contact per member firm (1,900 labels)
2. Company name and/or logo with details of the event displayed in or on the following:
1. The Chamber’s monthly newsletter, The Bridge—Two month listing including logo and details of the event (circulation ~ 3,000)
2. eBridge invitations to more than 9,000 member employees– 2 listings prior to event

Corporate Member Partner Program Guidelines

1. All Member Partner Program requests must be made at least 90 days prior to the event date.
2. The program must show direct and exclusive benefit to Chamber members.
3. Only one Member Partner Program event is available per month.
4. The event date must be mutually agreed upon.
5. The program cannot conflict or compete with other Chamber programs or events.
6. The participating organization must be a Chamber-member firm in good standing.
7. Fund-raising and partisan events will not be considered for this program.
8. Annual events will not be considered for this program.
9. The Chamber of Commerce of Fargo Moorhead is not responsible for any program fees including, but not limited to, facility and audio/visual rental, food, beverage and entertainment costs.
10. The Chamber of Commerce of Fargo Moorhead is not responsible for any marketing or public relations activities that are not listed in the program benefits.
11. The Chamber is not responsible for low attendance numbers.

Program Cost: $1,000 per program; $500 can be exchanged for additional Chamber name placement

Venture Member Partner Program

The Venture Member Partner Program gives you the opportunity to join your program logo to the Chamber of Commerce of Fargo Moorhead logo. The program will be promoted as a Chamber program and we will assist in your marketing efforts. In addition, we are available to help before and during the event.

As a Venture Member Partner, you will receive:

1. Mailing Labels—Key Contact featuring one contact per member firm (1,900 labels)
2. Company name and/or logo with details of the event displayed in or on the following:
1. The Chamber’s monthly newsletter, The Bridge—Two month listing including logo and details of the event (circulation ~ 3,000)
2. eBridge invitations to more than 9,000 member employees– 4 listings prior to event
3. The Chamber’s Young Professionals Network e-newsletter, Making Connections-one listing
3. Chamber Staff pre-event organizing and marketing
1. Chamber’s online event registration pages
2. Web site listing and maintenance
3. Maintain program and registration
4. Processing payments and billing including credit cards
4. Event set-up and registration
1. Chamber staff is available as necessary
