In the first session, we’ll define inclusion and explore key principles of equity and inclusion. Part 2: Why is Inclusion Important?

In the second session, we’ll dive into the compelling reasons behind the need for inclusive practices. This session will also highlight the economic, legal and social importance of inclusion and how it’s a crucial factor in solving the workforce crisis we face today.

Part 3: How to Operationalize Inclusion Solutions?

The final session focuses on practical strategies for implementing inclusion in your organization or community. Attendees will learn how to create inclusive policies, build spaces that foster belonging, and drive inclusion efforts through hands-on tools and resources. This session ensures you leave with concrete solutions you can immediately apply to operationalize inclusion within your teams and communities.
