The Chamber's Young Professionals Network has 2 open positions in its leadership committee for the fiscal year starting Sept. 1, 2024. 1 vice chair and 1-member at large positions are available. Any current YPN member may apply for these positions.
Vice-Chair: The Vice-chair is supportive to the Committee Chair and assists in the effective functioning of the committee. The duties of the vice-chair include supporting the committee chair, assisting in planning, decision-making, and overall leadership of the committee, the vice-chair will fill in for the chair in the absence of the chair, the vice-chair collaborates with the chair to ensure effective communication and coordination within the committee.
Member-at-large: There are four member-at-large positions that sit on the Young Professionals Network Leadership committee. These positions are responsible for representing the whole membership of the organization. They are also responsible for planning and executing 4 service events each fiscal year. Members-at-large must attend 80% of meetings during the fiscal year running September to August and 50% of Young Professionals Network events of your choosing. This position will serve two years and can serve two total terms.
